2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email or signed agreement).
A non-refundable advance of [XX]% is required to reserve services and dates.
The balance payment must be completed before the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Delays in payment may lead to service disruption or cancellation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable advance).
Cancellations within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Force Majeure events (e.g. natural calamities, pandemic restrictions) will be considered case-by-case, with an option to reschedule.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate event details, timely approvals, and access to venues.
Necessary licenses, permissions, and clearances (if not arranged by UNITED) must be secured by the client.
The client is responsible for the behavior and safety of their guests.

5. Intellectual Property

All event concepts, designs, visuals, and media created by UNITED Events and Advertising remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated in writing.
We may use photos/videos of the event for our portfolio and marketing, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

UNITED Events and Advertising will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising during or after the event caused by third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, vendor defaults, etc.).

7. Privacy

We collect personal data solely for the purpose of communication, project execution, and internal record-keeping. For more, refer to our [Privacy Policy].

8. Website Usage

You may browse and use this website for personal or business reference only.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of the website content is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms
